We are a Thai-based startup looking for an experienced recruiter to help us mass recruit a pipeline of healthcare professionals with an open opportunity for a full-time hire. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and be able to make phone calls to Thai numbers. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere as long as you have a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities:
- Source and review resumes from various job boards and other recruitment platforms
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant sites and social media platforms
- Contact potential candidates via phone, email or other means to conduct initial screenings
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and the working team in a timely manner
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish using our existing Notion.so setup, Workable, and internal tools
- Reference check the candidate profile
- Communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure the recruitment process is running smoothly and effectively
- Write professional emails and communicate effectively in English, with the ability to speak in Thai or English, or both
- Generating contracts from the existing Panda templates and onboard users to our platform

Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup or tech environment
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone and email
- Ability to make phone calls to Thai numbers
- Experience with Notion.so or other similar project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter and able to work independently
