Job Description

  • Assist in the creation of employee contracts.
  • Onboard and offboard employees.
  • Summarize employee leave and collaborate with the accounting team for payroll processing.
  • Update employee privileges, such as provident fund and insurance.
  • Run routine performance reviews.
  • Maintain a collection of company assets by coming to the office 1 or 2 times a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR support/admin role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
