This is an exciting new opportunity to work with the growing Trócaire team to lead and develop a diverse portfolio of
humanitarian and nexus programming in Myanmar as the Head of Programmes.
Based across the Yangon and Chiang Mai offices, the right candidate will be a leader in the team, joining the Country Management Team and taking on responsibility for the delivery of our current programming and pushing the direction of our new programming. We currently work with 27 national and local civil society partners. The HoP is critical to ensuring coherence and consistency in our programming and approaches to partnership across this very diverse portfolio.

You will report to the Country Director. The job opportunity will be offered on a full time basis for 1 year (with potential renewal and is based in Yangon. If the candidate requires a visa, they will be based in Chiang Mai before entering Myanmar. As part of your role, you will manage a team of 16 professionals.
