Job Description

Our main growth drivers are (1) total number of agents and (2) activity rate (no. of agents selling). We acquire agents via offline and online methods, and drive activity rate by providing agents the best inventory of insurance products via our platform and constant engagement. Currently, we sell primarily motor insurance via a network of thousands of agents. While motor insurance will remain the biggest revenue driver, we will also explore selling other lines of insurance in 2023.

You will be leading a team of over 30 people to drive revenue growth via various agent channels. The team comprises sub-teams focusing on marketing and content, offline acquisition and agent success.

You will report to the Thailand Country Manager and work closely with our Product Managers, data team, and insurance product team.

We are a data-driven team and vigorously measure all aspects of our business. As a leader in the company, you will be expected to play a critical role in cultivating and being part of a data-driven and collaborative team culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by increasing the number of agents and enhancing their activity rate.
  • Continuously enhance the company's value proposition for agents by gaining a deep understanding of agents' and end-customers' pain points and needs.
  • Collaborate with the country manager to acquire new connections and cultivate strong, enduring client relationships that generate increased value and revenue for the company.
  • Oversee and optimize key performance metrics, including activation rate, adoption of premium financing, policy renewal, and others.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to develop new product features that provide a compelling value proposition to our agents through our platform.
  • Supervise the marketing and content team to effectively position our value proposition and activities to attract our target audience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and relevant insights to develop new initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Provide strong and supportive leadership to foster a high-performing team.
  • Maintain a caring and nurturing environment within the team to foster professional growth and development.
