Job description
We are currently searching for an People Operations Manager to undertake a variety of HR activities. The duties involve a wide range of support activities inside the People Operations department. A successful candidate should have an excellent organization ability, strong communication skills and be able to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- To support People Operations Lead to manage a full range of HRM amp; GA functions.
- All HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee engagement etc.
- Work with Talend Acquisition supervisor to manage the end to end recruitment process until on-boarding, both permanent staff and outsourcing.
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes are followed with policies and procedures.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (probation, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Verify employees’ payroll to ensure timely amp; accurate results, collaborating with Payroll outsourcing providers.
- Support People Lead and work with Lamp;D supervisor to establish annual training master plan and improve the training roadmap for Operation team (front line team) to upskill staff knowledge and services level.
- Ensure the organization’s HR complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Manage, and improve the admin amp; procurement processes.
- Other tasks assigned by People Operations Lead
Requirements
- Thai nationality only
- Minimum of 5-8 years work experience in HR related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Have good understanding of HR business requirements, strong communication, Analytical skill, decision making skill, result/details-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, possess good organizing skill, high integrity, and can maintain company’s confidentiality regarding HR issues.
- Able to communicate well in Thai and English (speaking and writing)
