Position : Assistant Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing
Salary Range : 50K - 70K
Main Accountabilities and Supporting Activities
Search amp; Social
- Managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms, such as search, social media, and email, will be a critical aspect
- Ensuring the website remains up-to-date and optimized for user experience and search engine rankings
- Implement scalable lead-generation and market intelligence strategies to drive targeted and efficient campaigns
- Continuously measure the quality of campaigns/engagement efforts by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics and insights, and then acting on that information.
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and providing regular reports to the regional marketing team
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Content
- Able to writes clear and concise copy for marketing materials for a variety of media, including PR, website, social media, email marketing, video, KOLs and print
- Create engaging thought leadership content in the form of social media posts and newsletters that is accurate, well-researched and attractive
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Develop editorial calendar tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Deliver engaging content regularly and inspire audiences
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Observe and deploy RI global websites and social media accounts and adapt with our local ones
Others
- Proactively participates in the Marketing Community of Practice and network of marketing professionals developing good working relationships with colleagues across the organization and the business amp; operational teams across the country/cluster they support
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Supports webinars, seminars, workshops, and customer pitches
- Other assigned tasks/projects
Requirements
Requirements and skills- At least 5 years of working experience in a PR, marketing, or agency
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multi-tasking and organisational ability
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of google and social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
- Strong in utilizing marketing analytics tools, analysis and insight generation, and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Thai and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva
- Able to use Hubspot as a tool for email automation
- Experience in organizing participation in customer events and trade fairs is a plus
