Job Description

As the Head of Operations at Giant Pumpkin, you will play a crucial role in a pioneering retail digital media company specializing in In-Store media solutions. As the first agency of its kind in Southeast Asia, we help companies achieve maximum value from their retail media through creative production, cutting-edge technology, and analytics. With exclusive technology partnerships for ASEAN, we assist retailers in scaling new heights. As our Head of Operations, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing customer success, key accounts, production, and finance team. You will be responsible for delivering world-class service to clients, managing resources, and ensuring that processes are executed efficiently.

You will work directly under the CEO to improve all aspects of operations as the company prepares for significant growth and be in charge of the following aspects of the business:



Responsibilities
  • Establishing internal compliance, and reporting for finance, sales, IT, and operations. Implement workflows between the departments
  • Responsible for hardware supplier negotiations, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Handle all aspects of the roll-out of new client projects, making sure they are delivered on time and within our standard specifications.
  • Lead all the operational functions of the company
  • Ensuring customer retention by managing Key Account, Customer Success, Logistics, Installations, and Partners.
  • Manage communications with our technology partners and suppliers.
  • Lead and expand the creative and analytic department
  • Monitor resource allocation and efficiency of process execution
  • Create and track performance and streamline KPI reporting
  • Consolidate rolling forecast including sales, operating expenses, and KPI together with the Sales team, CEO, and Finance
  • Minimizing churn rate by ensuring delivery of high-quality service to clients
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement

In this role, Key Account, Customer Success, Finance, and HR will report directly to you.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following skill set and attributes:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude and a good communication skillset
  • At least 5 years experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a growing company in similar field (agency or retail supplier).
  • Excellent team management skills and inspirational personality
  • Own budget responsibility and deep understanding of accounting/financial reporting is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively oversee an operational team
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and addressing operational issues
  • Great communication and keynote presentation skills
  • Interest and skills in general computing, technology, and data analytics
