As the Head of Operations at Giant Pumpkin, you will play a crucial role in a pioneering retail digital media company specializing in In-Store media solutions. As the first agency of its kind in Southeast Asia, we help companies achieve maximum value from their retail media through creative production, cutting-edge technology, and analytics. With exclusive technology partnerships for ASEAN, we assist retailers in scaling new heights. As our Head of Operations, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing customer success, key accounts, production, and finance team. You will be responsible for delivering world-class service to clients, managing resources, and ensuring that processes are executed efficiently.
