Responsibilities
- Work closely with Operational Excellence Manager in assisting, implementing process improvement projects and help to deliver operational excellence
- Facilitate and be accountable for deliverables of improvement projects
- Ensure all project processes meet a certain standard internally and compliance
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders across all related teams
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Gather comprehensive feedback from stakeholders
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support operations team
Requirements
- Thai Nationality only, Male/Female, Age 24-30 years old.
- Bachelor/Master degree in any relevant field (Engineering/Econ will be preferable)
- At least 2 years of experience in the operations or process improvement (Start-up/E-commerce/Insurance/Broker experience will be preferable)
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical skill, organizing and time management skills to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy is required (ie. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google workplace)
