We are looking for a commercial manager to drive strategic other income on MakroPro, who will work alongside our product, sales, and marketing team members to strategize the revenue growth from marketing activities, campaign participation and other mar-tech services
- Drive negotiations with suppliers amp; sellers to drive expansion of mar-tech services
- Manage promo calendar for the suppliers and sellers
- Responsible for conducting platform/ campaign analysis alongside business intelligence team to gain marketing insights.
- Meet ROI targets based on the investments from the suppliers and sellers
- Measuring sales performance, including tracking sales data input/output with marketing team
- Review the sales program and preparation of AD sales reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) with marketing team
- Manage the top vendors and give the insight to increase the sales and traffic to MakroPro
- Define goals and measurement with granularity to conduct data-driven evaluation on the effectiveness of each seller communications activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communication or other related field
- Experience in driving marketing service sales
- Experience in driving seller/supplier adoption on online marketing services
- Experience in campaign management and basic marketing KPIs
- Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and spoken word
- Proficiency in data management skills: MS-Excel (Professional Level), Outlook, Analytics Platform, Marketplace Back-end platform
- Proficiency in PowerBI, excel reporting(is a plus)
