- Review existing operational process and opportunities for improvement
- Gather information at the source by analyzing data, observing store workflows, and conducting interview with relevant parties
- Determining control mechanics via process or data to ensure consistency in operation performance
- Support any urgent on-ground investigation to problem solving at the stores
- Develop, maintain, and standardize operation-related reporting such as KPI report, Workers productivity, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Engineering or related field
- 3 years of professional experience
- Experience with using Microsoft office tools e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Strong problem solving and mathematical skills.
