Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support data-related projects by collecting data, performing analysis, interpretation, and visualization of data. Report insights and help the team make decisions and find improvement opportunities
  • Extract data from data platforms, track, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational status
  • Perform data cleaning for analysis and analytics modelling
  • Update weekly customer experience report
  • Liaise with external suppliers or vendors to resolve data related issue when needed

Requirements

  • 3rd-4th year undergraduate student in Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field
  • Data management and analytic skills
  • Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills
  • Coherent and clear written and verbal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Keen to contribute and confident in voicing your thoughts with the team
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and research
  • Hybird workplace
  • Applicants must live in Thailand
