Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support data-related projects by collecting data, performing analysis, interpretation, and visualization of data. Report insights and help the team make decisions and find improvement opportunities
- Extract data from data platforms, track, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational status
- Perform data cleaning for analysis and analytics modelling
- Update weekly customer experience report
- Liaise with external suppliers or vendors to resolve data related issue when needed
Requirements
- 3rd-4th year undergraduate student in Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field
- Data management and analytic skills
- Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills
- Coherent and clear written and verbal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Keen to contribute and confident in voicing your thoughts with the team
- Strong interest in e-commerce and research
- Hybird workplace
- Applicants must live in Thailand
