Accounting amp; Finance Officer (AP)
Responsibilities
Prepare billing statements and gather relevant documents
Reconcile balances and verify completeness and accuracy of documents used in billing from the insurance company
Reconcile balances (daily) of insurance premiums received from agents at the bank
Issue notices, receipts, tax invoices, and withholding tax
Arrange for petty cash reimbursement / petty cash compensation to various units
Prepare relevant reports
Continuously develop work processes
Coordinate with various departments both within and outside the organization
Support or work together with other related departments
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Graduated in Accounting or Related field
- Have experience in Insurance Business is a plus
- Enthusiastic and be patient
- Can coordinate with other department
- Have responsibility to follow up any related job
- Flexible of working hours
