ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position will be responsible for HR functions of designated business unit such as Logistics, or Freights Forwarding. HR functions are Recruitment, Training, Welfare amp; benefits, Employee relation, CSR and other requirements related to Quality system. HRBP must work closely with department managers, supervisor and staff to provide quality services and solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
HR Development
• Identify Training needs analysis.
• Implement and execute Training and Development Plan.
• Maintain Training records.
Compensation amp; Benefits
• Employees medical claims coordinating
• Monitor Leave and attendance records
• Overtimes records follow-up and statistic to Managers
Recruitment
• Be responsible for end to end recruitment amp; selection process by following the company Recruitment Plan
• Prepare shortlisted candidates and arrange interview with all concerned parties
• Manage manpower requisitions with hiring managers to ensure they are all approved by MD
• Follow up the interview feedback and finalize the successful candidates
• Manage onboarding process
• Follow up probation assessment
Employee Relation and CSR
• Implement and execute Employee activities and CSR plan
• Promote and Communicate all activity to internal and external via Bollore platforms
• Work with team as organizer in common activities; annual trip, sport day and staff party.
HR Management
• Maintain HR Policies/procedures and maintain the Internal Rules and Employee Handbook
• Update and follow up of staff personal file
• HR statistics and dashboard
• Assist HR Manager in special projects from regional or HQ
• Other HR related task and ad hoc project as assigned
Requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Essential:
• Minimum in Bachelor’s degree in any relevant area, preferably in HR Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HRBP (Recruitment amp; Training)
• Excellent command of both spoken amp; written English and Thai
• Knowledge of labor law and relevant regulatory requirements
• Able to travel between Sukhumvit Office amp; Warehouse (around Bangna-Trad KM.19)
Desirable:
• High level of confidentiality, organized and detail-conscious
• Good communication amp; interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially excel)
• Have own car will be advantage
