Assistant Manager - Operation Analyst

Job Description

• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in operation efficiency and productivity
• Use data tools to extract data directly from company database and gather information from secondary sources
• Develop, maintain, and standardize operation-related reporting such as KPI report, Worker’s productivity, etc.
• Gather information at the source by analyzing data, observing store workflows, and conducting interview with relevant parties
• Ensure data integrity of the data warehouse and reporting environments
• Able to identify and provide business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• 1-2 years of experience
• Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills with aptitude to learning other analytical tools
• Strong problem solving and mathematical skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Able to work in collaborative and team-oriented environments
• Able to travel to Makro stores from time to time
• Able to communicate with different stakeholders (e,g., Tech amp; non-tech people)
