Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and maximize revenue within the team agent model.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing product penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments.
- Identify new markets, demographics, and segments for business expansion in Agent Office and Inspection Garages.
- Design and implement initiatives to increase market share and capture untapped opportunities.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance the team agent business's visibility and reach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including existing Inspection Garages/Agent Office business partners and potential collaborators.
- Off Site visit and travel to meet partners (BKK or upcountry) in the various channels.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes, enhance conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
- Continuously refine and iterate on strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and growth initiatives.
- Support Growth Manager to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives within the team agent business model.
- Work together with Growth Manager to set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Sales or Commercial Experience of 1-4 years. Background in Start-up or Insurance is an advantage.
- Good communication in both Thai and English (speaking and writing).
- Self-driven, goal-driven mindset and Can Do attitude and also able to work under pressure.
- Proven track record of success in previous sales or commercial related role
- Strong leadership and team management experience is preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver execution of strategies
