Job Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- Perform operation related to finance and accounting process.
- Process company payment including claim and reimbursement.
- Provide information for Accounting Shared Services and supervise recording in AR, AP, GL and Cash in SAP.
- Supervise Tax Calculations and deal with the tax authorities related to the tax matters, actively advise on tax matters.
- Deal with external auditors in the auditing of accounting activities.
- Monitor budget, cash flow, and cash management to ensure sufficient funds in running smooth operation.
- Monitor month-end accounting activities, collect and review financial reports.
- Work closely with affiliates to ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
- At least 2 years working experience in any of these works; accounting, finance, budgeting
- Good in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication in English (TOEIC score 500+ will be plus)
- Good interpersonal skills
