Insurance Business Development Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager at Fairdee Insurance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative sales campaigns, bundling strategies, and promotion programs for our motor insurance products in collaboration with existing partners.

Responsibilities

1. Product Development

  • Develop and execute new sales campaign mix, bundling, add-ons, and promotions for motor insurance products with existing partners.
  • Support new product development and launches, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring end-to-end processes
  • Monitor sales performance and collaborate with partners to make necessary adjustments.

2. Product Marketing

  • Support company marketing objectives, working closely with distribution channels and support teams.
  • Gather market intelligence, track competitors' products, and provide analysis as requested.
  • Ensure products are competitive and financially viable.
  • Assist in overseeing the insurance product strategy and manage product proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insurance products aligned with the objectives and requirements of our partners.

3. Partner Relationship

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners, understanding their specific needs and goals.
  • Undertake additional assignments as directed by the immediate manager to meet business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, finance, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, focusing on product development and partnership management.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partner organizations.
  • Analytical skills to assess the financial viability and risk of new products.
  • Project management skills to oversee the development and launch of new insurance products.
  • Familiarity with insurance marketing strategies and sales support.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of insurance technology and tools that aid in product development and distribution.
