We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our global delivery team, as a fully remote worker. Reporting to the Head of the Business Analysts, this is your chance to be part of a highly motivated, diverse, and multidisciplinary team, that has embraced Breakthrough Thinking and has sustainably delivered double-digit growth rates.
As Business Analyst, you will be analyzing our client’s requirements and will be actively participating in the delivery process of the state-of-the-art software solutions we provide.

Role's Responsibilities
- Understanding client's business requirements in the area of Collection processes and portfolio segmentation analysis
- Transforming business requirements into software requirements
- System parameterization and configuration using EXUS’ award-winning solution EFS
- Training the clients, assisting them during SIT and UAT phases, and ensuring that they get full ownership of EFS
Requirements
- University Degree in Business or ICT Field, a Master’s degree will be considered a plus
- At least three years of relevant working experience in business analysis or software application consulting, preferably in the Banking or Finance industry
- Business knowledge of the financial industry, preferably Debt Management’s business processes.
- Proven working knowledge of transforming business requirements to software requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Excellent command of English language
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to travel (max 25% annually under normal conditions)
