Job Description

Keller Executive Search is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading travel agency in Thailand. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the company by expanding its customer base and strengthening its presence in the Russian travel market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to target and acquire new B2B clients in the Russian travel market.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the company's network of contacts and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry stakeholders in the Russian market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities targeted at the Russian market.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Russian travel market.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring beneficial terms.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Track and report on business development activities, including client acquisition, revenue growth, and market share.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Russian travel market, including key players, market dynamics, and trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of the travel industry, including travel agencies, tour operators, and related services.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships in the Russian travel industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is required.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
