We are looking for a dedicated, motivated individual to join our team. The Sales Associate will support our Sales department professionals, equipping them with the tools to create, develop, and transform client relationships. You will work across several teams to manage sales operators, providing them with the resources and tools necessary to support our overall business objectives and ensure our reputation as the best and most accessible partner in the industry.
What you will do :
- Prepare and process data for sales reports. Provide your view on how we can improve our data gathering and processing flow.
- Input, track and maintain client document data on our internal data management systems
- Communicate with our sales team, external brokers and cross-department stakeholders to ensure timely reporting
- Work closely with the legal team to prepare loan contracts in a timely manner for client delivery
- Analyse conversion, submission and other B2B sales data across different channels.
- Other administrative tasks required for Sales Ops from time to time. Feel free to find ways to improve how we work!
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance or sales
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. An open mind and willingness to try new things
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Working experience in the lending business can be a great advantage
- Great customer orientation and communication skills
