Job Description
- Develop and implement commercial strategies both sales and marketing team to align with the overall business objectives to drive revenue and market share.
- Lead the sales and marketing teams, setting targets and ensuring they are met. Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of market changes.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability. Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions.
- Oversee negotiations of contracts and agreements with clients and partners. Ensure favorable terms for the company while maintaining positive relationships.
- Manage commercial budgets, Pamp;L, forecasting, and financial performance. Analyze financial data and KPIs to make informed decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members meet their targets and contribute to overall company success.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales and operations, to ensure alignment and effective cross-functional communication.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients. Address customer concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree may be preferred.
- Extensive experience in commercial roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and relevant trends.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and lead the organization through evolving challenges.
- Having experience in a growth-stage tech startup company is preferred.
- Experience in oversea expansion is a plus
