Job Description

  • Responsible for handling the entire HR Operations process, including planning, overseeing, and supporting hiring, making contracts, onboarding, providing benefits, evaluating, payroll, and exiting of ooca personnel of 20+ people.
  • Working with the CEO and other management levels to spearhead and drive the people strategy in line with the business strategy.
  • Managing HR Ops SOP improvement and systems implementation for efficient and effective processes.
  • Dealing with employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
  • Driving employee engagement programs to retain the best talent and ensure high employee satisfaction.
  • Responsible for building ooca culture in accordance with the company's staple.
  • Updating and maintaining HR-related information, such as training records, leave applications, and controlling general documentation forms to comply with the Personnel system.
  • Providing full administrative and workplace support activities related to operations and personnel.
  • Assisting the team in internal collaboration, including managing schedules and keeping track of internal work records.
  • Supporting local purchases and coordinating the purchase of multiple division’s standardized supplies, materials, and equipment; maintaining an accurate list; receiving, checking, and stocking supplies.
  • Managing, regulating, and maintaining OOCA's collaborative work stacks and access to tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Discord Server, and other social media accounts requires comfort and efficiency. You must be able to use these tools effectively.
  • Others as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management/Psychology/Humanity field related to human resource management.
  • At least five years of experience in human resources is required.
  • Good command of Thai in writing, reading, listening, and speaking is essential since Ooca's headquarters is located in Bangkok, Thailand, and the majority of its employees are Thai.
  • Good command of English in writing, reading, listening, and speaking is essential, as Ooca is a start-up company with international workforce.
  • Based in Bangkok, Thailand, our company is a hybrid of online and offline operations. You should be able to come into the office when necessary, setting a good example and fostering a positive culture within the team.
  • Knowledge of HR functions is essential for any organization. This includes recruitment, pay and benefits, training and development, and more. Having expertise in these areas helps ensure that employees are hired, retained, and developed to their fullest potential.
  • Knowledge of legal HR-related issues and documents is essential for any HR professional. It is important to stay up-to-date on the latest regulations and laws that affect the workplace. Having a thorough understanding of the applicable laws and regulations can help HR professionals make informed decisions and ensure compliance.
