Role Profile:
The main responsibility of a Visual Merchandising Executive is conducting market research to understand customer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry trends that impact product assortment decision, also to enhance the visual appeal of a retail space or product display to attract customers, including design cohesive in-store or product presentation that contributes to a positive shopping experience and drives sales.

Responsibilities:
- Executes the vision and direction of the total store experience from a Visual merchandising perspective.
- Supports Brand team to ensure all. Visual elements are created and executed at the store.
- Communicate and liaise with Brand, marketing and sales team to establish the design concepts for new store opening or renovate including event and product launches and displays.
- Understand design layouts and technical drawing for new stores or new Event.
- Install and set up new store openings and event.
- Work and collaborate closely with suppliers.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with landlords and business partners both in county and across region.
- Costing and Pricing
- Calculate production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to determine garment costs.
- Coordinate with the Sale department and relevant departments to make sure that they can follow the VMD guidelines.
- Traveling to organize displays in shops and stores across the city.
- Allocate all the work to team member to meet the committed results and timeline.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-4 years of visual merchandising experience preferably in the retail industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Merchandiser, graphic design, window/display or related field or in a relevant field
- Good command of computer proficiency in Microsoft, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator (Sketchup is optional)
- Good command of both written and oral in the Thai and English language
- Self-starter with strong, proven organizational skills, self-discipline, strong decision-making capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
