Location:Makro Ladprao

• Advocates for user-centered design solutions
• Work with external agencies and internal team to plan and execute user research
• Manages inputs from various sources (i.e. customer interviews, surveys etc.) and then synthesis data
• Can derive meaningful insights and implications based on data, and share with relevant departments through workshops, reports and research repository
• Can plan, manage and run concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions
• Actively collaborates as part of an agile team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
• Has understanding of user experience metrics and how to track and report on the success of various improvements

Requirements

• Able to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research
• Strong understanding of various research methodologies
• Experience planning and conducting user research at various stages of the design process
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the value of a design choice to users and non-designer stakeholders
• Creative problem solving and analytical thinking
• Able to produce insightful research reports in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate in English both speaking and writing
