We are currently looking to recruit a qualified candidate to join our Bangkok office as a Senior Litigation Adviser.

Position type: Full time: Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m.

Job Description

As a Senior Litigation Adviser, you are expected to undertake the following activities and tasks:

• Independently manage the entire process of commercial/criminal litigation cases, arbitration, bankruptcy, rehabilitation, including client meetings to understand requirements, providing legal advice (including quotations), and working closely with clients until case resolution.
• File lawsuits and represent Thai/foreign clients in court, maintaining organized records of case files and evidence. Periodically prepare English case reports for clients.
• Prepare court documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission on behalf of clients.
• Prepare/Analyze memorandum of legal advice.
• Mentor junior/mid-level lawyers in the Litigation team, reviewing their work drafts and providing constructive feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Partners or Head of Department.

Requirements

• Thai nationality; Bachelor's degree in Law or higher, along with a Lawyer License.
• Minimum 10 years of litigation experience in a regional/international law firm preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude in delivering legal services to clients.
• Proficient in both Thai and English, with computer literacy.
• Pleasant personality, service-oriented, and a high level of can-do attitude.
• Ability to independently handle case files with minimal supervision.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Thai legal system.
• Able to work under pressure and time constraint.
• Be enthusiastic person and effective team member.
• Position will be based in Bangkok and may require occasional travel upcountry.
