Position purpose:

Reporting to General Manager / Prestige Division, this role is responsible for driving the brand by offering strategy and managing the growth and profitability of the brand, serves as the key strategic lead and main Marketing lead to partners, vendors and agencies. In addition, Senior Brand Manager, be responsible for understanding, own, create and execute innovative and cost effective 360-degree brand marketing strategies and plans for assigned brand.

Key responsibilities

Sales and Pamp;L management:

  • Roll out and develop the overall brand marketing strategy and components of multi-faceted 360 marketing plans across functions/channels and present recommendations for leadership.
  • Define the product offering: Determine the degree of product breadth and product depth and decide what products to offer.
  • Expand the product line: Identify Innovation opportunities to drive incremental revenue by adding new products.
  • Manage with supervision, all elements of marketing plan execution, including budget planning, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective category of responsibility.
  • Will regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales.
  • OP management, manage allocate budgets for category; reviews and approves line item expenses. Also manage on forecast accuracy, POS, WH, purchase)
  • Mastery of the Pamp;L of the brand, identifying opportunities to drive top amp; bottom line.

Branding and Operation management:

  • Analyse data, new trends and insights and generate ideas on how to translate into ideasfor the brand.
  • Ensure the appropriate Marketing efforts are in place for launch support education and training.
  • Decision making and manage marketing communication and activations.
  • Responsibility for the full media plan. Driving through new thinking to drive trial with the target consumers.
  • Responsible for branded site management (own website), providing content to client’s site.
  • Drive consumer CRM strategy and execution for campaign activity working
  • Plan and manage on any related to stock demand management, logistic and warehouse operation.
  • Process, evaluation result and follow up all brand activation and analysis business insight, business update (situation, competitors, market) and plan for process improvement.

People Management:

  • Cross-Functional management: Work with our sales/training development, supply chain, support functions and Digital Marketing and eCommerce division.
  • Communicate to and educate peer-level team members on approved plan and helps ensure the plan stays the course, while being flexible to course correct should the business change.
  • May have team supervisory role. Serve as mentor and role-model to junior team members.
