ABOUT THE ROLE
Seafreight Export Operations Officer will responsible for ocean operation and documentation process.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Operation

• Coordinate with customer, sales, overseas offices and suppliers to manage sea export bookings as per company working instructions and guideline in timely manner
• Verify buying amp; selling at the time of bookings
• Response to customer’s enquiry and problem solving
• Ensure services provided as per customer’s KPI and company guideline

Documentation

• Sending shipping instruction to carrier/co-loader
• Process and complete MB/L amp; HB/L pick up amp; release
• Issue credit note/debit note/Invoice to customer and overseas office in timely manner
• Checking all expense and cost accrual
• Complete data in system in timely manner
• Pre-alert to overseas office

Requirements

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree in any majors or
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding business or shipping line
• Knowledge of computer PC and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and willing to work hard
• Service-mind, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new things
• Honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Self-motivation and teamwork
• Good command of English
