Operation Manager (Tech)

• Planned, directed, and coordinated all operational activities within the company.
• Implement effective process standards to improve operational efficiency and ensure.
• Liaise between different teams to ensure smooth collaboration and facilitate problem resolution.
• Stay informed about AI trends and innovations to contribute strategically to product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with tech leaders and managers to streamline AI product development.
• Oversee and manage the company's resources, emphasizing efficiency and time-to-market.
• Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure operation and AI product standards are maintained and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Evaluate startup operations and productivity, employing data-derived insights for improvement.
• Work with numbers and the financial team to produce reports and insight for organizational performance for the management team.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably within a tech or AI startup.
• Knowledge of the AI industry and its operational and regulatory environment.
• Experience in tech industry fields in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Strong understanding of data analysis performance/operation metrics.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Know Scrum and Agile and has been practiced for years
• Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, how software gets built, and project management software (JIRA).
• Strong team builder with the ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• BSc/BA in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus.
• Strong command in English and Thai is required.
• Business Level Japanese is a plus.
