Multimedia Designer
StashAway, Thailand

We’re looking for a multimedia designer with a keen eye for design and a passion for taking creatives to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for creating multimedia assets that capture our brand's essence, drive marketing performance and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

This is a role based in Bangkok. You will be reporting to the TH Content Manager and collaborate closely with the local and regional marketing and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create multimedia assets for a variety of platforms and formats, both offline and online (including digital banners, brochures, social media, email, out-of-home, website and more).
• Develop/edit motion graphics and video content in various formats to suit each platform. (including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Adapt existing iconography or illustrations to refresh assets in the application, on the website and across marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually impactful communication like infographics, charts and more.
• Take briefs from concept to execution ensuring that deliverables and deadlines are met to a high standard.
• Ensure that all deliverables align with our brand's guidelines
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and multimedia software, and implement them into our projects.
• Collaborate with other multimedia designers to continue to enhance branding and creative assets.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in graphic and/or multimedia design with a strong knowledge of delivering compelling creative content. High-potential fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in multimedia design software - Adobe Creative Suite is a must (including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)
• Experience and interest in software and AI tools to improve efficiency is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in multimedia design across multiple channels.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• A creative mindset and the ability to think differently and push boundaries
• An open mind and collaborative spirit to work across markets, teams and seniority levels.
• Strong communication skills in Thai required; Proficiency in English is a plus.
