Job Description
Aethir, a leading technology company specializing in distributed cloud infrastructure for gaming and AI industries, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager to join our team. As a NOC Manager at Aethir, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Network Operations Centre, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, managing incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and leading a team of network engineers and technicians. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of availability, reliability, and security for our clients' network infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the execution and monitoring of work during the project implementation phase, driving the resolution of customer and other key stakeholders' needs and issues, and ensuring ultimate delivery success and customer satisfaction;
- Identify delivery risks, effectively coordinate internal teams and external partners, continuously optimize delivery processes, improve issue handling mechanisms, and continuously reduce delivery risks and costs;
- Collect and provide feedback on customer needs and issues during product use, collaborate with internal product research and development teams to analyze and resolve issues;
- Write various documents during the project delivery implementation phase
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer, electronics, communications, automation, engineering management, or related fields
- Over 8 years of experience in the internet or software industry and corresponding IT technical capabilities, over 5 years of project management and delivery experience, familiar with project management knowledge, and ability to independently complete project management work
- Strong organizational, execution, and communication skills, able to effectively follow up and control project progress, quality, cost, risks, safety, and other key points
- Good team spirit and collaboration skills. Strong team management and resource coordination abilities, with strong execution and stress resistance
- Experience in integrated or software project delivery management and AI, GPU, and other project delivery experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel for medium to long-term based on project needs
- Proficiency in English amp; Mandarin
