Our tight-knit team emphasizes efficient processes and exceptional English-speaking support, ensuring smooth rental experiences for all. We are looking for a motivated Coordinator/Admin/Customer Service representative to join our team, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and managing key operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with rental inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process rental agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage fleet availability.
- Handle customer feedback and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain records and assist with financial transactions related to rentals.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
