Job Description
Position : Warehouse Keeper
On-site position
386/56 Moo 2, Khao Khansong Sub-District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province
1. Inbound Management
Verify inbound product data to ensure inventory records match physical stock.
Arrange shelving of products and optimize warehouse space utilization.
2.Outbound Management
Arrange picking, checking, and outbound shipping according to delivery instructions.
Manage outbound documents and ensure smooth and accurate operations.
3 Shipment Planning & Scheduling
Develop daily/weekly container shipment plans and coordinate internal resources.
Monitor loading progress and ensure on-time deliveries.
4. Inventory Counting
Conduct periodic and annual stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist in inventory management improvements.
5.On-site EHS Management
Enforce and promote safety, health, and environmental protection policies.
Assist in identifying and rectifying safety hazards.
6. AS/RS Operation
Operate AS/RS and ensure smooth functionality.
Support system maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications:
1. Technical secondary school education or above; logistics or related majors preferred.
2 Prior experience in warehouse management or scheduling is preferred.
3 Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
4. Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
5. Proficient in Chinese; able to use Chinese as the working language
6. Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
