URGENT VACANCY: Senior Sales Executive – Fleet & Digital Tracking Solutions

KWJ Digital Fleet Services is a growing provider of vehicle tracking, fleet management, telematics, and digital logistics solutions. As we expand our presence in Thailand, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to take ownership of revenue generation and client acquisition.
This position is suited to a proven sales professional with direct experience in fleet, logistics, transport, telematics, or vehicle tracking solutions who can contribute immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: THB 20,000 per month
Uncapped commission structure linked directly to closed sales
Earnings are performance-based, with no commission ceiling
Early-stage opportunity within a growing company, offering long-term upside as the business scales
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and secure new clients including fleet operators, transport companies, and logistics providers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and contract closure
Deliver measurable revenue results aligned with company targets
Maintain and manage your sales pipeline, performance metrics, and reporting
Operate independently with full accountability and minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated success in B2B sales within fleet services, vehicle tracking, telematics, logistics, or a related industry
Strong closing ability with a verifiable sales track record
Ability to work independently and manage your own time and priorities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Ability to communicate professionally in English (spoken and written)
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue delivery
Additional Advantage:
Own transportation is beneficial, as some field work is required

Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline with accountability for outcomes
Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
