Job Description
Position: HR Supervisor / HRBP
Location: Based in Chanthaburi Province in eastern Thailand from March to June (with occasional travel if required), and in Chumphon Province in southern Thailand for the remaining months
Employment Type: Full-time
Team Size: Leading a local HR team of approximately 5 members
Reporting Line: Directly reports to the Business General Manager; functional support from HQ HR
Company Size (Thailand): 100+ employees, mainly operational staff
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements & Skills
- Develop and implement human resources plans aligned with business growth and operational needs;
- Establish, improve, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines in compliance with local regulations;
- Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development;
- Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline to support long-term business development;
- Drive company culture initiatives and manage cross-cultural communication between local and overseas teams;
- Manage employee relations, handle employee issues, and promote a positive and harmonious working environment;
- Support administrative management tasks related to office operations and employee services;
- Provide HR advice and practical solutions to business leaders and line managers;
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
