Key Roles and Responsibility
Lead and develop day to day farming sales activities / Seek out and approach opportunities in responsible portfolio to create new business opportunities and revenue stream.
Drive upselling and revenue generation campaign aligned with go-to-market and marketing team.
Execute sales strategies for growing customer portfolio and current base revenue and achieving the business unit sales goals.
Enforce business-to-business way of selling (BWS) including efficiently use of weekly planning and other working tools.
Be skilled with all B2B products and solutions, promotions, and updated telecom market updated.
Able to professionally present, upsell and deliver agreed commitment to new corporate customers
Regularly visits responsible customers in the portfolio
Able to conduct an analysis of current portfolio and be able to conduct a business development plan for short term and middle term growth
Monitors portfolio performance VS targets, evaluates the impact of new project development initiatives to insure achievement of business goals both short & middle terms.
Responsible for team performance and competency development.
Qualification
Having at least 5 - 7 years experiences with solid experiences in mid-market account management, B2B, key account manage or senior sales specialist (having pooled customer is advantaged).
Strong skills set of analytical, sales planning, communication, account management, customer services, and negotiation.
Good command of English, both written and communication to high level customers Result-oriented, high energetic, outstanding positive attitude and growth mindset.
Good computer skills in particular of Excel and Power Point for presentation.
A structured personality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
