Position Summary
Individual will be responsible for developing and directing the creation and implementation of global marketing and communication strategies in order to effectively promote the company and its products. Proactively develop and enhance the corporate brand and image; determine the mix of tactics, market activities and communication materials to strategically position the company with target markets; work collaboratively with other departments, and provide strategic guidance on marketing planning and implementation to the company business units.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop IMC strategy and executions plan for all flagship or non-flagship brands that answer business objectives i.e. sales volume, market share, profit, and PTO
Work closely with the Business Leaders & PMs in charge to support the development of Business Plan (including short and long-range marketing strategy, launch plans) to maximize sell-out
Possess comprehensive knowledge of the products under responsibility and accountability in order to develop effective communication strategies
Project owner of 360 communications: drive cross-functional team to develop holistic communication campaign, including providing & analyzing information to help set objectives for each function i.e. digital marketing, media, event, PR, online, retail
Manage and share key message with key stakeholders to ensure alignment all communication channels and materials
Manage and coordinate any outside agencies & vendors
Plan and allocate available resources i.e. budget and manpower to maximize efficiency, creativity and collaboration in building and maintaining consistent branding across marketing channels
Set, record, track and monitor the budget against KPIs
Monitor communication deliverables on a regular basis, make brief presentations, evaluate all marketing tactics and develop plans
Design and trace all the best practices implemented for all marketing communication activities
Analyze market requirements to deliver targeted marketing collateral, support sales requirements and product initiatives
Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing high visibility tasks and deadlines
Responsible for the development and implementation of product launch plan events that ensures all efforts and resources are utilized in a manner that provides the greatest return to brand
Responsible for obtaining and analyzing the advanced knowledge of industry and consumer trends and information, and product categories to help identify future source of growth
Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends from IMC perspective to enhance the brandβs equity and brand performance
Collaborate with CMI to identify research objectives, information requirements, and scope for market research support as well as to verify opportunities and trends. Also responsible to provide research stimulus materials i.e. concept board, STB & script, animatics
Ensure brand communication strategies and executions to align with global brand communication direction
Perform other duties as assigned by management / direct supervisor
