Job Description

Asa Program Coordinator, Implementation Services you will be responsible for all aspects of monitoring the implementations of the FreeBalance Government Accountability Software using solid program and project management principles and applying technology to government business operations. Key to this position is the ability to demonstrate previous experience with implementation, program/project management and working with key stakeholders and reporting to the Vice President of Services based in Ottawa, Canada.Main Responsibilities:
  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the objectives and key results that are required for FreeBalance Implementation Services world-wide.
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the services team in each of the FreeBalance regions working with the individually assigned project managers.
  • Creating long-term qualitative and quantitative goals for successful outcomes of projects that increases customer satisfaction.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement on service delivery.
  • Assisting the Marketing and Sales Team in finalizing work breakdown structures when responding to RFP/RFI
  • Working with the Project Managers to identify areas of upsell for new services with existing customers.
  • Working with the diverse services team across multiple time zones.
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and team member performance.
  • Implementing and leading changes including interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meeting with internal stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues to drive decisions on services implementation.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout all project life cycle by creating and updating the Services and Support Financial and Task Dashboard.
  • Actively participate with sales/partner relationships on RFP’s and assist sales and business development as needed in Analyzing program and project risks in RFPs and assisting the sales team on estimates for implementations, including warranty, support and maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field.
  • Proven experience in program and project management.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills externally with customers and internally with FreeBalance Management.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Project, Word, Excel, and CRMs tools such as SalesForce, Zoho, etc
  • 5 + Years of working with/for government entities on programs or leading a multi-year project.
  • Fluency in English and French is a must
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese considered an asset
  • PMP or Prince2 certification considered an asset
  • Ability to travel world wide
