Chilindo is seeking a Business Decision Analyst to provide the projects/initiatives, analytics, modelling and forecasts include development to provide competitive advantage in the highly competitive e-commerce marketplace in South East Asia and enhance business decision-making. Where this roles differs from many Business intelligence roles is that you will actually be empowered to follow through on those decisions and make changes
- To identify, share and analyse e-commerce market trends and changes
- To develop Market Insight update platform for sharing with various departments of the organization on a regular basis
- To provide business analysis data as required to internal teams
- Be proactive on identifying market changes through contacts with principals or key customers to propose new directions or new initiative
- Identify changes to benefit the business and implement them
Requirements
- Master Degree in a relevant subject such as Statistics, Computer Science or Mathematics
- High level of MS SQL proficiency
- Preferably several years of experience in a fast moving e-commerce start-up environment
- Experience in working with customer master data and business analytical tools.
- Analytical, strategic and result oriented with strong commercial sense
- Independence and dynamic with decision making and problem solving skills
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
