We're looking for an experienced and energetic Social Media Manager who can partner with a diverse team of highly skilled marketing and functional experts to be responsible for the development of strategy and the execution of Tik Tok platform including campaign management, creative development, branded effects, and measurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns with a strong focus on driving acquisition, engagement, and retention on Tiktok to deliver on key business objectives, and ROI targets
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze customer data to develop content and strategy for each customer segments including evaluating each campaign performance for future optimization
  • Brainstorm with other social media team and cross-functional teams to develop detailed plan of social amplification strategy and creative ideas on each campaign execution
  • Plan, manage, and develop marketing strategies and campaigns of customer retention and life cycle through various CRM tools (Email marketing / App-push notification / SMS / Whatsapp / LINE Official Account / IMPACT affiliate tools)
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategy, briefs all communications on Affiliate Marketing with partners and KOLs
  • Brainstorm with other social media team and cross-functional teams to develop detailed plan of social amplification strategy and creative ideas on each campaign execution
  • Stay on top of social media trends and innovations
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with our branding image and market positioning


Requirements

  • Thai Nationality / Bachelor's in Marketing or a related field
  • Fluent in Thai amp; English is a must with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Experience in leading and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, LINE, Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram etc.) and/or experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or communications planning/execution
  • Proven ability to lead, plan, develop, and implement projects
  • Strong desire to keep up to date on technology trends, best practices in online marketing and measurement as well as understand their impact to business and strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proactive and self-directed with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Attention to detail and the ability to be a multi-task work in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic working environment
