Chilindo is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who will take responsibility for the effectiveness of shops within the third-party marketplaces. You will be able to ask for help from the necessary department to achieve the profitability KPIs. You will be able to take the business decisions and grow your own skills in e-commerce. You can even create your own dream team!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Price setting
- Simultaneous competitor analysis
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Products listing
- Content creation
- Marketing campaigns (including targeting, ads and flash sales)
- Communicating regularly with the key account managers from the marketplace side
- Proposing new products for purchasing
- Spotting opportunities and taking decisive action
Requirements
- Experience in an e-commerce business is very desirable
- Expertise in marketing campaigns (ex. Facebook ads)
- Experience in marketplaces
- Structural and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage your own tasks and your team
- Having a questioning mind and the curiosity to investigate anything you don't understand
