- Visiting and attending to all enquiries from potential customers for new business
- Attend to all leads from members of the staff, customers or members of the public
- Maintaining and developing relationships with potential and existing customers via meetings, telephone calls (cold calls), visits and emails
- Carrying out PR calls, make presentations and regular inspections of major clients’ premises, as notified from time to time
- Responsible for collection, bad debt charges, credit issues amp; daily sales outstanding
- Dealing with clients’ complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy and Outstanding Customer Service (OCS) culture throughout the business
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales by selling according to the prescribed pricing as per the price list or as approved by the management
- Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends
- Attend to other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time
Requirements
- Male or Female with age 26 years old or above
- Bachelor degree or above in any related fields
- 3-5 years experienced in sales function
- Excellent in computer skill
- Excellent in presentation skill, problem solving and communication
- Good command in English of spoken and written
- Having service-minded, driving in objective and working under pressure
- Having backgrounds or acknowledge about pest control / hygiene or hospitality business will be advantage
