- Responsible for all services in the branch according to the company’s standard
- Coordinate with Service Technician to check service schedules and communicating the schedule to them in advance or daily
- Monitor productivity benchmark daily to achieve best return for the Country as well as ensure all Service staff meets the Corporate Identity requirements
- Ensure that productivity levels are achieved and service technician field time is maximized
- Conducts Service training, induction training for new comers
- Ensure the attendance of service staffs daily sufficient and punctually and comply with appointment, training activities
- Ensure all service instructions, documentation and reports are completed to agreed time frames by service teams
- Coordinate with the Operations office, service and sale staffs for related sales amp; service activities
Requirements
- Male with age 30 years old or above
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree in any related fields
- 3-5 years experienced in supervisory level in any related business
- Having management skill
- Car driving skill with issued driving license
- Direct experiences in pest control business will be advantage
