Job Description

Take charge and shape Zenyum into one of Asia’s most loved consumer brands working with an ambitious and smart cohort of customer success (sales) execs. As our Sales Operation Manager for Thailand , you will be working hand by hand with Managing director to drive excellence and growth across the sales organization.Based in our Bangkok office, you take full ownership on leading ambitious growth and achieving sales revenue targets. Measure outcomes every day and iterate your strategy where necessary. Ensure our customers always wear a smile when thinking about Zenyum, by building the most charismatic and best-converting sales organization in Thailand. You will be working directly with our sales executives , support and enable-to-scale. Enable to scale by driving overall process improvement from lead generation to deal closing across the organization. Support by monitoring and tracking sales calls to drive improvements in flows and scripts.
Commission and Performance: this position will have a base pay but will be driven by commission on the performance of the team. This way, we align the success of the company with your amazing performance.We want this position to be flexible and creative, thus you're also free to explore additional tools and models to reach and engage our customers to help them smile more.

  • Have previously worked in Sales in a professional capacity and have at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Strongly result-oriented. Able to deliver the high growth target.
  • Understand that making people engage with your brand is 50% empathy and 50% process - and you effectively can bring both to the table
  • Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum’ s innovative approach.
  • Are data- and performance-oriented, and optimize your approach for conversion flows and CAC
  • Enjoy working in a rapidly growing team in one of the most dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English (professional capacity)
  • Thai nationality.
