We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager based in our Bangkok, Thailand office. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments, and someone who has strong leadership abilities and hands on experience in managing business operations.
This role requires the candidate to provide strategic guidance by identifying opportunities to add value to the business through cost optimization, margin improvement and tax strategies.Main responsibilities:- Financial operations: Manage the day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the Finance and Accounting Department
- Budgeting: Prepare and analyze monthly budgets and forecasts for all departments
- Financial Accounting:
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly reporting standards are met and delivered on timePrepare and review monthly payroll, tax returns and HR reports in an accurate and timely basisFiling statutory tax reports and oversee local audit as neededCoordinate with external auditors for year-end auditsLiaise with external parties including but not limited to customers, vendors, lawyers, tax or government authorities, etc.- Team development: Equip team with necessary knowledge and tools to achieve goals
- HQ liaison: Prepare management reports and review them with HQ finance team and management

What you’ll need:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/ Accounting. CPD is a must, and CPA is preferred but not necessary.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in finance/accounting field with ideally 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Hands-on experience in management reporting, financial accounting and analysis
- Must have a strong understanding of local taxation regulations with ability to advise on best practices
- Experience in e-commerce is preferred, with a sound understanding on logistics / O2O business models
