Operations is at the heart of our business - the team is responsible for establishing systems and processes so incredibly seamless that Beam users are ensured unrivalled efficiency, safety and top-notch service.

The Operations Manager role has a direct impact on the success of Beam in your cities. This roles requires a combination of savvy analytics, strategic thinking, strong execution and the interpersonal ability to work with teams from across the business. Beam is a new business and remains a fast paced environment, we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who is able to switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Lead a team of Operations Associates
  • Set strategic directions to develop and own a full roadmap of initiatives to drive growth and increase engagement
  • Develop and optimize processes to allow your function to operate and grow efficiently
  • Analyze the business trends to track and improve metrics
  • Identify local product needs and proactively search for new features which could improve charger experience
  • Be a strong project and stakeholder manager with the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying urgency and scope with minimal guidance
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure efficiency and alignment as we continue to build and scale

WHO YOU ARE :

  • A native Thai speaker with bilingual proficiency in English.
  • A passion for solving problems and delivering a great customer experience.
  • Be highly analytical and creative problem solver, product driven mindset.
  • Have a willingness to learn and get into the weeds of the business is critical.
  • Self starter. You will get broad exposure to all aspects of the business and this is a great position to fast track your career.
  • At least 5 years experience in management consulting, finance, or fast growing startup.
  • At least a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Strong Excel skills / SQL knowledge is a good to have.
