Operations is at the heart of our business - the team is responsible for establishing systems and processes so incredibly seamless that Beam users are ensured unrivalled efficiency, safety and top-notch service.
The Operations Associate is responsible for the support and success of Beam's operations. You will be in a high performing team responsible for ensuring our platforms are available to the public. The role demands great technical depth, principled thinking, a stubborn refusal to settle, bold innovation, and a mentality of starting with the user and working backwards. The ideal candidate is highly operational, highly entrepreneurial, and is obsessed with empowering our users.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Drive forward Beam’s operations across multiple operational verticals, including charging infrastructure, fleet management, and supply chain management.
- Set strategic direction for how to grow Beam’s operations in a healthy manner.
- Identify key operational metrics and manage a tight ship.
- Innovate constantly on existing processes and products.
- Manage team of dozens of Operations Specialists + Scooter Marshals who support the operations.
- Develop and coach your team.
- Collaborate cross functionally (strategy, marketing, policy) to ensure smooth business operations.

WHO YOU ARE :
- A native Thai speaker with bilingual proficiency in English.
- A passion for solving problems and delivering a great customer experience.
- Be highly analytical and creative problem solver, product driven mindset.
- Have a willingness to learn and get into the weeds of the business is critical.
- Self starter. You will get broad exposure to all aspects of the business and this is a great position to fast track your career.
- At least 2-4 years experience in management consulting, finance, or fast growing startup.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- Experience with people management.
- Strong Excel skills / SQL knowledge is a good to have.

This position is full time, permanent and onsite in Bangkok. Due to travel and work pass restrictions as a result of Covid-19 safety measures, you must already be residing in Thailand.
