Job Description
As our company is developing the PDPA software for providing the service to clients, We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lawyer/ Legal Consultant (Counselor) to support with PDPA Product/Services mainly. To be a brand ambassador for PDPA products in answering the question and provide training to clients. Also, Supporting an additional assignment related to the company in-house legal compliance/contract/tax/etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide PDPA/GDPR solution to businesses and clients
2. Conduct PDPA/GDPR training to employees and clients whether offline or online platforms
3. Assist, support, and coordinate with businesses and clients on various matter
4. Manage, review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents in both Thai and English.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
- At least 1 year’ proven experience in a legal and compliance area. Especially in PDPA and/or GDPR will be a huge plus
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills in English.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail and high commercial sense
- Excellent interpersonal amp; communication and public speaking skill
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize task and projects
