Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive, you will support internal departments (Sales, Product, Development) by collecting and preparing data, sales documents, and presentations as well as coordinate with customers to ensure that we are providing a great service experience along with a great product for our customers. You will report directly to the General Manager and CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Support each team in terms of documentations such as quotations, invoices, timesheet, and presentations
  • Communicate with related teams to deliver work to customers as planned and within timeline
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction by calling to interview and put the information in our system
  • Support and answer questions from customers on live chat, email, and phone
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields (Welcome new graduates)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with service minded and positive thinking
  • Great attention to detail (able to do proofreading)
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Good command of written and spoken english
