Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solution selling: Account growth. Always be looking for new ways to develop, grow, and broaden the relationship with key clients.
  • Be the point of contact for key clients to provide necessary support.
  • Analyze data to drive growth and profitability, both for your clients and for Lalamove.
  • Work cross functionally with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to drive new initiatives and solve problems.
  • Prepare weekly business review report for key accounts.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Account Management in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and other departments within Lalamove.
  • Commercially minded and results oriented; data driven approach to solving problems.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Team Player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Intermediate experience using Excel and MS Office applications.
