Job Description

You are a hands hands-on entrepreneur who is excited about problems where execution and growth strategy converge to make a lasting impact on the learners of tomorrow.


Our ideal candidate is an expert in leading business operation, who will be tasked with the following:

  • Execute the launch of our new English product BU in Thailand
  • Build, and train local teams across Sales, Partnerships, and Operations
  • Manage full business Pamp;L and lead direct reports for the new BU
  • Implement best practices across operations
  • Understand the individual markets, customers and drive marketing initiatives
  • Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders
  • Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new product
  • Experience in building a team from scratch
  • Exposure in managing complex operations
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition in startup environment
  • Previous Pamp;L responsibilities
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and make things happen
